| Description: Bass head, usable as Power Amp. This unit is heavy Duty US made with aluminum railing and steel corners all around the tolex covered wooden case. Amp has at least 100W output, Super heavy transformer, the front top of case one big heat sink, several output transistors in parallel. Rectifier heavy duty type and unit uses 5.5 A power-in fuse. One input channel comes in directly through volume and tone control to power amp, the other is routed through tone control then through a second volume and effect control then through equalizer to power amp. Price: $125.00 working, but with defects as described. |

How about that wedding reception, that public speech or other occasions where people gather for social occasions? This one is fast setup! This due to wireless technology. Plug each speaker into an available outlet (or power by an external battery for where AC is not available). Plug the transmitter into the line level output of your source and you are ready to go. Like with all single frequency units, occasionally there is static or RF noise when speaker is either located at an area of weak reception or of crowd moves in front of the speaker at areas of weak reception. But all in all, this system performs good in comparison to dual frequency units that cost 10 times as much. Their good bass response (long resonance chamber) and relatively good sound even invites more uses: use a quick and cheap studio monitor hooked up directly to a mixer / multitrack recorder, use for recording, mixing, or with a portable CD player, as an amplification system for a Demo booth, on the computer, etc. etc....
