50's Voice of Music 16/33/45/78 Turn Table / Phonograph





	Description: A record player with style to play these olde 78 rpm shellac records and others. It features auomatic changer function and manual operation. The original crystal cartridge included with the unit should be replacable with a modern magnetic cartridge as it is mounted with 2 screws simmilar to standart mount. Price: $65 Lot: Turn Table in wooden case with crystal cartridge (dual needle) and built in record changer spindle.	Features: 16/33/45/78 RPM, fully automatic with changer and repeat function. Condition: Cosmetics: case + player 8-9/10, Good working condition, mechanical parts cleaned and lubricated. One function misses intermittently: the automatic play does not recognize LP record size and lands at 78 record size. Cartridge: It's the original crystal cartridge. This looks like it is mounted by screws very similar in distance to standard mount cartridge. So: conversion to modern magnetic cartridge with Diamond stylus looks most likely to be possible.

Dual Model 1215 s 33/45/78 RPM Turn Table / Record Player





	Features: 33/45/78 RPM, manual / automatic / auto shut off / record changer function (if you get the changer spindle - not included). 2 Anti Skating adjustments: for elliptical and spherical stylus; oil dampened arm lift, pitch control, record size selector: 7" 10 "12", Start (Repeat) / Stop, Speed selector: 33/45/78, Anti shock/vibration suspension chassis, high speed accurate synchronous motor, pitch control, heavy weight fly wheel platter for highly accurate speed stability, idler wheel drive, adjustments for: counter weight, landing, arm lift height and return point. Price: $95 Lot: Turn Table in wooden case, dust cover, includes original head shell and magnetic cartridge Shure M91ED (needs new stylus); if I can find it: a speed calibration disc for accurate pitch control	Description: This is a complicated precision instrument made in Germany. You won't find anything made like it new anymore, unless you want to spend quite a lot! A Dual is a a rock solid performer, but can cause quite some grief if condition is not known due to it's age. This one was completely overhauled and works well for decades to come! Condition: Mechanically this unit is in perfect and sound shape. It will work dependably for years to come. It was completely overhauled: each and every mechanical part was cleaned, checked meticulously, adjusted and lubricated by a detail oriented German who grew up with these and repaired them for decades. But it shows traces of age and use on paint, trim etc. Rust at some spots. The tone arm pivot was repaired. Case: neglected and not perfect, but okay condition: The veneer came off at spots exposing the underlying particle board, the dust cover has scratches and a crack. Overall cosmetics: Turn table: 7/10, case 6/10, dust cover 5/10. Cartridge installed: Shure M91ED, needs new stylus.

Direct Drive 33/45/78 rpm All manual Turn Table / Record Player





	Features: 33/45/78 RPM, fully manual. No end return. No arm lifter. Features: S - tone arm: Anti skating and counter weight adjustments; pitch control, speed selector switches, stroboscope speed meter for 33/45 RPM; anti shock / vibration suspension feet. Unit ON when arm moved to left, OFF when in rest position. Price: $65 Lot: Turn Table, dust cover, head shell, cartridge/stylus not included; speed disk to calibrate / verify 78 RPM speed.	Description: A modern player that plays 78 RPM and with pitch control - what a concept! This is a Sansui direct drive turn table featuring minimalist fully manual operation. I modified its electronics by adding circuitry and switch to also play 78 RPM records. Now that I recorded all my 78s, I have no use for it anymore. Condition: Mechanically sound. All features work perfect. Cosmetics: Ugly and smelly (well, not quite as bad): 6-7/10, Scratches , wear, scratches on dust cover.
